When you don’t require a ‘Birth’ Companion, the Postpartum Care & Companionship Offering provides heart centered support throughout the initial weeks of motherhood.
With the intention to be your postpartum companion, we create a deep connection throughout your pregnancy and tailor the offerings to your unique experience and individual needs.

Free initial meeting together to determine if we are a match.
2 x Pre-natal connection and preparation meetings.
Planning and holding a Birth Circle with your village - to help create a broader support network for your postpartum.
4 x Postpartum Care Sessions which may include:
Traditional Postpartum food, prepared and cooked with recovery, warmth and optimal digestion in mind.
Birth story witnessing and integration.
Mother Warming (Yoni Steaming, Sitz Bath, Foot Bath and Moxibustion).
Belly Binding
Baby Wearing support.
Breastfeeding support.
Placenta Prints and Cord Keepsake.
Closing Ceremony.
Option to add extra visits if needed.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required upon booking to secure your due time.
