6 weeks of support & connection.
The Guiding Mumma Circle is a supportive and comforting journey that focuses on information, empowerment and connection. Within this sacred space, each member is seen and heard without interruption or judgement and will be honoured, respected and invited to open and release. Each circle is a beautiful opportunity to hear and learn from other women’s experiences and perspectives while being guided by my knowledge and information.
Over the course of 6 weeks, we discuss and share personal experiences, values and most important birth aspects, how to communicate with care providers, how to involve and be on the same page as your partner, how to take ownership and become the boss of your birth experience + so much more.
There will be 6 circles in total: 4 online circles from the comfort of your home + 2 in person circles.
Each circle will go for approx 2 hours.
there is a maximum of 4 people per course, to keep the group intimate.
You will be sent journal prompts a few days before each circle, each week. This allows you to go inwards and give yourself time to process and write down your thoughts and feelings before sharing and releasing.
You will have access to my Informed Birth Charts, which simply explain the ‘What, How, When, Risks and Benefits’ of each intervention and procedure that can arise during birth, but is often unheard of or under explained.
A one on one session, working with me individually to write your personal Informed Birth Chart.
Discounted offering for my support at the time of your Birth - exclusive to circle participants.
Within this safe and secure circle you are invited to express and share your fears and emotions in order to heal what no longer serves you. Going into your birth cleansed and knowledgeable sets you up for a positive experience. We must remember that birth can unfold in many shapes and forms, but the more we know and the more we connect to ourselves and our bodies, the more in control we are. Whether you are preparing for your first birth or your sixth birth, whether you have had previous positive births or have experienced birth trauma in your past - The Guiding Mumma Circle is all inclusive and provides healing and connection, no matter your journey.

Beautiful Reviews…
“Joining this circle was probably the best thing I could have done in getting prepared for the birth of my first child. It allowed me to reflect and think about me and what I truly wanted for my birth and invited me to listen and ask questions that I wouldn’t have normally asked. An extremely supportive group of women, respectfully interacting and collaborating about how birth can or should be experienced, led by Liz, who is calm, approachable, and empathetic as well as extremely knowledgeable. A beautiful experience, one I will never forget. Thank you again Liz.”

“Without a doubt the best decision I made in the lead up to my birth. Liz is welcoming, open, caring, loving and extremely knowledgeable . After a traumatic first birth I now feel invigorated and nurtured thanks to Liz and this circle of women. I would highly recommend to first time mums or anyone who has had difficult prior births.”

“I highly recommend the Guiding Mumma Circle to any expecting mum-to-be's. It was beneficial for me as a second time mum to process my first birth and begin preparing for my second however it may end up happening. Liz has a lovely welcoming and calm personality that makes you feel relaxed and ready to share and learn from yours and others experiences.”

“Before the Guiding Mumma Circle, I felt uncertain about birth and what I should expect going into a hospital setting. I knew a bit about pain options but didn’t really get a chance to explore them all properly. I also felt I didn’t have the confidence or know what I should or can ask for during the process. To now - wow, what a difference. To be able to have had time to think, reflect and explore options and talk it over with such a gorgeous group of women, has made me feel empowered & supported - I feel I have clarity. It’s been so amazing to hear good, bad and real birth stories.”
